Karey is half of the real estate team of Karey and Jim McCauley, licensed Realtors® with RE/MAX Concepts. Karey has had her license since 2002 and became a broker in 2019. A lifelong resident of Lincoln, Karey has the knowledge and history of this town to make sure her clients have the best possible representative.

Karey believes in bringing everyone to the table and leaving no one behind. She supports diversity and inclusion and wants humans to know she and Jim are a safe place. They want to be seen as approachable and accessible, providing a caring approach to all things they do. They hope being a part of someone’s journey enables them to continue their path feeling supported and loved without fear of judgment or hate.

Karey’s vision for this networking group arises from the idea that our business connections will be because of the friendship we create. She envisions this group as a “WE” rather than a “ME” type of group. Karey is looking forward to bringing people and their ideas together and opening up the room for engagement. She wants to create a safe environment to be who we are individually or collectively as a whole. Her hope is cohesion through inclusivity and equity.
