Ashley Tobias is the 100% woman owner of T Square Movers and co-owner of Save Nebraska Local.
Long before becoming an award-winning business owner, Ashley spent years as a single mom, building a life and career while learning firsthand what it means to lead through uncertainty, responsibility, and limited resources.
Today, under her leadership, T Square Movers has been named Best Moving Company in Lincoln’s Choice Awards in both 2025 and 2026, recognized as a Top 3 Best Place to Work in the small business category in 2026, and honored with the 2026 BBB Torch Award for Ethics.
T Square Movers is proudly a sober moving company with a culture centered around second chances, personal growth, accountability, and servant leadership. Ashley also created the T Square Leadership Academy, investing in her team not only as employees, but as future leaders.
As co-owner of Save Nebraska Local, Ashley continues that work on a larger scale by championing local entrepreneurs, strengthening business relationships, and creating opportunities for people to grow.
Her story and leadership philosophy are rooted in one belief: the businesses we build matter, but so do the people we become and the people we help develop along the way.

Jasmine is the founder of Lockett Leadership Publishing, LLC and the author of Loud Conversations About Sales | Real Talk for Sales Professionals.
In addition to her professional sales career, Jasmine is the creator of the Loud Conversations About Sales brand and weekly LinkedIn newsletter, where she shares insights on sales, leadership, communication, personal growth, and relationship-building. Her practical, relatable approach has resonated with professionals across industries who are looking to lead more intentionally and communicate more effectively.

Coco Chairez
New Start Cleaning
Coco Chairez is the founder of New Start Cleaning.
She started my business in 2017 because she wanted to help support her mother with her medical needs while also providing for my family.
As she grew her business, she quickly realized that it could be more than just a way to support her family. It could also create opportunities for other women going through similar situations.
Since starting New Start Cleaning, she has met many amazing women from different backgrounds and helped them find opportunities to grow, become more independent, and achieve their goals.
She is excited to share her story and experiences through her presentation, “Breaking Barriers: Building a Business in a Man’s World.”
She hopes to encourage other women to believe in themselves, overcome challenges, and not be afraid to step into spaces where they may not always feel represented.
This will be an amazing event for up-and-coming business owners who are ready to take their income to the next level.
