Makaylee is the founder and driving force behind Lincoln Fashion Weekend, a multi-day fashion event celebrating local and regional designers, models, creatives, and businesses. Through the event, she combines her love of fashion, event planning, and community to create an experience that puts emerging talent in the spotlight while giving attendees a chance to experience fashion in a fresh and exciting way, while also giving back to a non profit each year.

The RISKY group is a space for business owners and professionals to build genuine connections, share ideas, and learn from one another. It’s a place to openly share the risks we’ve taken—the wins and the failures—and use those experiences to encourage each other, grow, and take the next risk together.

She hopes the RISKY group becomes a space where we can build strong connections, openly share both our successful and unsuccessful risks, and grow together through those experiences.

 

Outside of business and networking, she enjoys boating and wake surfing, snowboarding, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
