execution to her leadership. She is a licensed Nebraska insurance professional (Property &
Casualty, Life & Health), a certified AAA Entrepreneurial Agency Owner, a Nebraska Public
Notary, a multi-business owner, and fluent in Vietnamese. As ERN Group President, Vivian leads
a high-energy, trust-first community where collaboration, accountability, and genuine
