Shelby Lafler's Group

Dr. Shelby Lafler is a chiropractor at Mosier/Timperley Chiropractic in Lincoln. Where she focuses on pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic care. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2020, Shelby pursued advanced training with Webster’s certification and hundreds of hours of pediatric and prenatal education, giving her the tools to help children, expecting moms, and families experience healthier, more balanced lives.

Shelby grew up in Lincoln and, after practicing in Wisconsin, returned home to serve the community that raised her. She loves connecting with families at all stages of life and finds joy in watching her smallest patients grow and thrive. Her passion is helping parents feel supported and confident in their family’s health journey.

Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring the outdoors, and reading a good book. She believes in living with balance — caring for the body, nurturing relationships, and finding joy in everyday moments.

As president, Shelby is excited to bring her passion for connection into leadership. Her vision is to create a welcoming space where members can build genuine relationships, learn together, and confidently refer clients knowing they’re cared for like family.
