Ashley Tobias is the owner and founder of T Square Movers, a trusted moving company in Lincoln, Nebraska for a decade. Under her leadership, the company has earned recognition as Lincoln’s 2025 People’s Choice Award winner for Best Moving Company. She is also an owner of Save Nebraska Local, a growing community dedicated to supporting and connecting small businesses across the state.

Ashley’s true passion is servant leadership, and she applies those principles to every part of her life. At T Square Movers, that means leading by example, building a strong culture of systems, accountability, and ensuring her team feels valued. She is also a strong advocate for being a champion to her movers and to those on a sobriety journey, providing a safe place for second chances and personal growth.

Through Save Nebraska Local, Ashley champions small and local businesses, creating spaces where entrepreneurs can connect, collaborate, and grow together. Now stepping into the role of president of a new ERN group, she brings the same commitment to service, community, and leadership that have defined her work and earned her the respect of business owners across Nebraska.
